Amazing hot springs with both indoor and outdoor areas to relax and unwind. Breakfast buffet with a variety of options, both Japanese and Western. Perfect location for those who enjoy skiing during the day and hot springs at night. the massage chairs were an extra touch that added to our relaxation and comfort during the Easter holiday.
Although the price was a bit steep, it was worth every penny for the experience. we were disappointed when we were not allowed to take our drinks from the bar to our room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a beautiful national park location. The staff were friendly and the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great onsen, spacious and clean rooms, and fantastic breakfast and dinner buffets featuring both Japanese and Western cuisine.
Don't have any issues at all.

Spent Christmas at a resort in a hot springs town with amazing food and great amenities. The breakfast buffet had a mix of Western and Japanese options, and the dinner buffet was just as good with an impressive selection. The resort provided a free shuttle bus from the nearest station, making it easy to get to. The room we stayed in was huge and had everything we needed. The massage chairs were a delightful bonus.
The heat in the room was a bit too high and we couldn't adjust it. The only option was to open the window, which wasn't a great solution as the opening was small and didn't let much air in.
